It’s these inventive monks we have to thank for happy hour.

France got really into their wine for a while (as did the rest of the world). The French savoir faire for doing things well - for giving crafts the time, effort and touch of artistry they deserve - has never been lost. But it’s only just recently that Paris is rediscovering its craft beer roots.

In 10 days, Paris Beer Week packed in 150 events with 70 partners around the city.

左边是专门的精酿酒吧配搭酒吧小食，右边是专门为了啤酒配搭所开的餐馆。里面的每一道菜经过我这个吃货见证，绝对不会令你失望。La Fine Mousse还有一本专门精酿啤酒配搭美食的书。可惜只有法语版。不过光是看看图片，就已经让人馋涎欲滴。
