1、准备好1杯粗盐、姜片、连须的葱头；

2、炒锅加热后倒入粗盐，翻炒至盐粒啪啪响，再放入葱姜片，翻炒5分钟后，将葱姜片捡出，把盐倒入干净、透气的布袋里就可以用来热敷了；

家里面没有粗盐的话，用细盐也可以。为了防止细盐结块，可以加入适量的大米，再放点姜片一起翻炒、加热。

1、热敷之前，先用手摸一下试试温度，觉得太烫可以先在患处敷一条薄毛巾，再敷上热敷包，随着温度慢慢降低，就能撤掉毛巾了；

2、仰卧敷腰部的时候，先在床上垫一层塑料纸，再放热敷包，防止被褥被弄湿；
3、如果要热敷全身，一定要从下往上，先从小腿开始，慢慢往上移动，直到脊椎部位，最后热敷腹部。这样做有利于打通全身经络，活血健体。

粗盐可以吸水、防潮，帮助人体出汗，刺激皮脂腺分泌，能去除人体表面老化物，软化污垢，让皮肤光滑透亮。平时可以用粗盐来自制浴盐，有去除老化角质层、润滑皮肤的功效。

材 料
1杯粗盐、4汤匙橄榄油、1-2个柠檬、2支迷迭香
步 骤
1、把粗盐倒入一个碗里，挤入柠檬汁拌匀；
